Compassionate, competent and very kind

I broke down in Oakham and was very disappointed to find out my breakdown cover didn't cover me in my current situation, I rang Tim Norton Motor Services and they got to me before I'd even finished communicating with my breakdown team. Their charges were cheaper than my provider. The team that came to help me was compassionate, competent and very kind. Chris made sure I was kept up to date even if it meant staying at work after hours. Communication was easy and consistent. Very grateful customer.
