Consistently excellent

I have not lived in the area for very long but have made use of Tim Norton Motor Services in Oakham on about 4 or 5 occasions.
Consistently excellent.
Courteous, friendly and efficient from the word go.
I have had a lift home when I wasn't well, and this morning a courtesy car was offered to get me home (all of less than a mile) because the staff did not want me getting wet in the torrential rain. That is how to provide customer service that stands out. From the front of house welcome to the final result - impeccable.
I shall not take my car anywhere else! Bravo!
